Group Genius Roundtables
Here at Group Genius, our passion is providing professional facilitation to guide each of our roundtables to discover their cumulative "Group Genius" - the genius that is found only when a group of goal-oriented individuals share genuine, honest and open experiences and feedback.
All roundtables meet in Lansing, Michigan. Membership fee is $125/month.
This group is for individuals working in their parent’s company. This roundtable is comprised of a group of high-achieving individuals who want to develop their leadership skills, learn how they can leverage their unique abilities to help their family’s business to thrive, and build lasting relationships with peers navigating the nuances of working in a family business.

This group is for all business owners who want to better themselves as leaders and help their businesses and employees to thrive. Members have a confidential space to share experiences and discuss the high-stakes, pressing issues that they face as business owners.

Members learn strategies for effective communication, learn about creating appropriate boundaries with subordinates, learn tips to help create a balanced life, and develop relationships with other high-level women executives.

This group is for women business owners. Members will learn strategies for business growth, learn tips to help create a more balanced life, develop a personal strategic plan, and develop life-changing relationships with other women business owners. This group is perfect for women business owners who feel overwhelmed or burnt out and are looking for sustainable change.

Quick Fire Entrepreneurs
This group is for business owners who can only commit to a 90 minute meeting each month. Members have a confidential space to share experiences and discuss the pressing issues that they face as business owners. They will learn strategies to help develop their leadership skills, as well as establish and accomplish personal and professional goals. Membership fee is $70/month for this group.

Women Empowering Women
This group is for all professional women. Members will learn strategies for professional and personal growth, learn tips to help create a more balanced life, establish and accomplish meaningful goals, and develop life-changing relationships with other professional women. Both three-hour, monthly groups and 90-minute, monthly groups are forming.

Amanda Hayhoe.
Amanda is the founder and licensed PeerSpectives® facilitator at Group Genius. She is an award-winning business owner, most recently receiving the 517 Leadership Award, the Lansing Chamber's Outstanding Small Business Award, the Best of MichBusiness Succession Success and the Corp! Economic Bright Spot, and was one of the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch.
Today, Amanda utilizes her extensive business owner and management expertise to facilitate all Group Genius roundtables.
