Housed in the beautiful, historic Michigan Association of Counties building just a few blocks north of downtown Lansing, our offices are designed specifically to help each group discover their cumulative “Group Genius” - the genius that is found when a group of goal-oriented individuals share genuine, honest and open feedback and experiences.
Offering multiple meeting and breakout rooms, each space is created to ensure members feel safe during vulnerable conversations. Only one group is allowed in the offices at any time, allowing for completely confidential discussions amongst group members.

FAQs
Do you facilitate groups outside of Lansing?
Yes, we love to travel! We are happy to facilitate groups anywhere within the continental U.S. Travel fees may apply.
What’s your attendance policy? I don’t know that I can commit to monthly meetings.
We require attendance at all meetings, with exceptions for illness and special events. We get it - everyone is busy. But in order for a group to experience cumulative ‘Group Genius’, all members need to be present at all meetings.
Do you offer virtual roundtables?
In order to maintain full confidentiality and maximize group participation, we do not offer virtual membership options. (Or unless we are experiencing a national pandemic, but we are hoping that doesn’t happen again for another hundred years!).
